The Redwoods Treewalk is an award-winning attraction in Rotorua on the North Island. Wonderfully, this magical secret place features 28 suspension bridges, through an ancient 75-metre-tall Redwood, that takes around 40 minutes to finish.
There are two extraordinary experiences on offer at this ecological walk. For instance, the Daytime Treewalk will mesmerise you as you stroll past 27 majestic trees, offering stunning views from a bird’s eye perspective in a peaceful haven.
Otherwise, Redwoods Nightlights is the most enchanting thing you will ever experience. Watch as the 120-year-old forest is brought to life by colours and light lanterns illuminating the trees. Certainly, you’ll feel as if you’ve entered a fantasy movie walking high above the forest floor on connecting bridges.
An adult ticket costs $39 while children under 15 go for $22. Excellently, it was even visited by Prince Harry and Meghan on their trip to New Zealand in 2018.
Certainly, Redwoods Treewalk in Rotorua is a surreal walk to remember and the perfect outdoor activity for people of all ages in New Zealand this season.
