Blend Café is a stylish eatery that opened in Auckland last year by Garam and David. Wonderfully, it’s quickly becoming a cult-favourite for brunches among Aucklanders.
Located at Botany, the dreamy café is set in a modern space complete with bright tones, wooden fixtures and tree trunk stools. Specialising in traditional brunches with a Korean twist, diners won’t be disappointed.
Menu highlights include Kimchi Fried Omurice ($21) with bacon, scrambled egg and other toppings, as well as famed crispy Korean Fried Chicken ($23) drenched in sauces, Bibimbap ($21), sweet or salty Croffles ($22+), to name a few.
Of course, those of you not wanting to send your tastebuds on an adventure can indulge in options such as The Big Blend Breakfast ($27) and Bul-Go-Ghetti ($23), a spaghetti pasta with beef and sweet chili garlic sauce, Korean sandwiches and burgers with a twist, and more.
Additionally, there’s a wide selection of homemade desserts in the cabinet. Think the crowd-pleasing Swiss Roll Cake, variety of cheesecakes, croissants, unique pastries and cakes and much more. Plus, they’ve got stellar coffee and other beverages to keep you refuel.
Certainly, Blend Café in Auckland is excellent place to try Asian fusion dishes while catching up with friends. Plus, an instagrammable food affair if we say so ourselves.
